Your images and videos
Made on a paid plan or with bought credits
Images and videos you make while you have a subscription or bought credits, including pet portraits, can be used for any purpose, personal or commercial. For example, you can:
- print them, frame them, or give them as gifts,
- share them on social media or use them as profile pictures,
- put them on products and sell them,
- use them in marketing, ads, videos, or your own brand.
You don't need to credit MakeMidas.
Made with free credits
Images made with free daily credits carry a watermark and are for personal use only. Please don't remove the watermark or use them commercially; upgrade to a plan or buy credits for clean files you can use anywhere.
Copyright in AI-generated content
We transfer to you any rights we have in what you make. Because it is made by AI, how copyright applies varies by country, and in some places AI-generated images and videos can't be protected by copyright. AI may also create similar results for other people, so we can't promise that anything is one of a kind. The AI model providers may have their own terms for content made with their models.
What you upload
You keep all rights to the prompts and pictures you submit. You give us permission to use them only to make what you asked for.
By uploading, you confirm that you have the right to use the pictures and that anyone shown in them is okay with it.
Use responsibly
Don't use MakeMidas to make images or videos that are illegal, that infringe someone else's rights, or that are meant to deceive people, for example by passing off a generated video as a real event or putting a real person into a scene without their consent.

MakeMidas is built with open-source software. Thank you to the people who make it.
