Refund Policy for Plans and Credit Packs

Every signed-in account gets free credits each day, so you can try the generator before you pay for a plan or a credit pack.

When you can get your money back

Completed payments are final

Because you can try the Service with free daily credits first, we don't offer refunds on completed payments for subscriptions or credit packs. This includes credits you have not used yet.

You can cancel renewal at any time from Billing in your settings. Your plan and its credits stay active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund the rest of a period you have already started.

Failed generations are refunded automatically

If a model can't make an image or a video, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically. You don't need to contact us.

Billing errors are always fixed

A billing error is not a refund request, and we'll always put it right. Contact us if:

you were charged more than once for the same plan or pack,
you see a charge from us that you don't recognize, or
you paid but the credits or plan didn't appear on your account.

Your legal rights

Where the law in your country gives you a right to a refund, for example under consumer protection rules, this policy doesn't affect that right.

What happens to credits after a refund

When we refund a credit pack, its remaining credits are removed from your balance.

Credit costs can change

The number of credits a generation uses depends on the model, the resolution, and for video the length and sound. These costs may change over time as the prices we pay AI model providers change. The cost is always shown on the Generate button before you start. A change never affects a generation you have already started, and it doesn't take away credits you already have; it only changes how many credits later generations use.
