Image and video generation in Claude
Add MakeMidas as a connector in Claude. Ask for an image or a video, and Claude makes it with leading models like Nano Banana, GPT Image, Veo and Kling, then shows the result in the chat.

Add the connector
Select Add to Claude: Claude opens its connector settings with MakeMidas filled in. Or go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector and paste the URL above. - 2
Sign in and allow
Sign in to MakeMidas, or create a free account, then select Allow access on the consent screen. - 3
Ask in any chat
Ask for an image or a video and mention MakeMidas. Claude uses it when your request needs it, in Claude on the web, desktop and mobile.

What you can do
Images from a prompt
Describe what you want and pick the model, aspect ratio, resolution and style, or let the app choose for you.
Start from your pictures
Paste a link to a picture, or ask for an upload link for one on your computer, to use it as a reference or the first frame of a video.
Videos
Start a video from a prompt or a picture with Veo, Kling, Seedance and more, and ask again when it's ready.
A gallery in the chat
Results appear in a gallery with the model, the credits spent and a download button. Ask to see your recent images and videos at any time.
Models, prices and credits
Ask which models you can use, what each costs, and how many credits you have left.
Save to Notion
Save any result, with its prompt and settings, as a page in your Notion workspace.
What the app can access
The app can read your generations, prompts, credit balance and plan, and it can start new generations, which spend your credits. It can't delete anything, and it never sees your payment details.

Is it free?
Adding MakeMidas is free. Each image or video spends credits from your MakeMidas account, at the same prices as the website. Every signed-in account gets 10 free credits a day for the free image models; videos need a plan or a credit pack.
Which models can I use?
Image models such as Nano Banana, GPT Image, Seedream, Flux and Grok Imagine, and video models such as Veo, Kling, Seedance, Hailuo and Wan. Ask for a model by name, or ask the app to compare them.
Can I use a picture I attach?
Claude doesn't pass attached files to connectors. Paste a public link to the picture instead, or ask for an upload link: it opens MakeMidas in your browser, where you add the picture and make the image or video.
How long does it take?
Most images arrive within a minute or two. Videos take a few minutes: if one isn't ready yet, keep chatting and ask later whether your MakeMidas video is ready.
Can I use the results commercially?
Commercial use follows the license of the model you chose; MakeMidas adds no limits of its own. Images made with free daily credits carry a watermark, and a plan or a credit pack gives clean files.
How do I disconnect?
Remove MakeMidas in Claude's settings, or disconnect the app in MakeMidas under Settings → Connections. Your images and videos stay in your account.
